April 2008
Dear Brian,
Thank you for your juggling presentation
to the young authors and their parents
at the 19th Annual Young Authors Conference on April 12.
Your presentation added so much to the conference
and I heard many positive comments
from both children and parents.
You are an amazing entertainer
and you mesmerized those children who watched you.
I also received suggestions from teachers
that they would like for you to come back next year!
After completing our final budget for this year’s conference,
I hope to be contacting you for next year’s conference.
It truly does "take a village" to make this event a success
for the young authors and their parents,
and you certainly added to that!
Thanks again for a wonderful presentation!
Sincerely,
Dr. Susan Knell - Pittsburg State University
Young Authors Conference

Brian, thank you for such a dynamic
assembly--the
teachers and students were lavish with their praise
about your performance--you truly have a gift
when it comes
to working a crowd--incredible! The children
you chose to "help" you perform were all children who needed
that extra attention--it was perfect. Please use me as a reference--
I will certainly be sharing your name with the other schools
in our district.
Hope to see you perform again soon!
Carol Sollars, counselor
Jenks (OK) East Elementary

Brian, yesterday's Brown Bag concert
was terrific!
I heard so many positive comments from the audience.
Thank you! We counted the attendance - 790 people!
That's a new Brown Bag record. Please know that we will
want a return engagement... …we could almost mark the calendar
now if you like. Thanks for putting such talent and energy together
for our Emporia families. You made us laugh, watch in awe, and scream
with delight.
It was a great day!
Sue Blechl, Director
Emporia (KS) Public Library
